Waystar vs Jane: Which is best for you?

We receive timely notifications via email when enrollments are due, which makes keeping up with all of the insurance companies easier.

Overall, we have been less than completely impressed with Waystar. Although it's easier than our previous software, it gets very cumbersome when looking for a particular claim and its actual outcome.

Consistently incredible customer service. When I have a question about how to do something such as set-up an employees commission rate or process a refund, their email replies are thorough and even included embedded videos to help me see exactly what to do.

We have had some problems with the virtual appointment features within the app, often finding that we are missing sound or video on one end or the other.
