Jane vs Healthie: Which is best for you?

Consistently incredible customer service. When I have a question about how to do something such as set-up an employees commission rate or process a refund, their email replies are thorough and even included embedded videos to help me see exactly what to do.

We have had some problems with the virtual appointment features within the app, often finding that we are missing sound or video on one end or the other.

Enjoying the interaction with clients as I look to scale more programs in the platform coming out of my beta testing with a small cohort of clients I'd like the way healthy is constantly adding more features. As a PT using Healthie, I'd also like to see more remote measuring outcome tools like 2D pose estimation for monitoring mobility and joint range of motion improvements.

The only complaint I have is the inability to access the calendar to schedule follow-up appointments while on a telehealth call.
