Cons:

Be careful with copy, cut, and paste options as form fields in reports can be tricky.

Pros:

Customization is amazing. The program can be set up to fit our system rather than designing a system to work with the software flow. The ability to change almost anything in the program, including terms and titles of sections, is an amazing tool for aligning the program to our team so the software makes sense to our guys right away and is fill with the terms they were already using in their daily work. And the simplified letter template maker is an amazing way for each jurisdiction to customize resident communications without needing programing or sequel knlowedge.

Cons:

Still new & still finding its stride a bit; but with a great customer service team, this really doesn't' seem to be a major impact in our workflow.

I had not even consider a program for NPDES management until I saw NPDESPro. The way it fits the Western Washington NPDES requirement is unparalleled and it became instantly obvious how beneficial the program could be to our compliance tasks and workload.

NPDESPro is a software that has helped to organized and report information! great software

The organization of the private drainage program and the ease of use to do the reporting requirements as well.

The ease of use and being able to using the mapping feature to organize inspection and the reporting.

Cons:

The letter writing feature, I would like to batch out letters to multiple properties or property managers.

A must have to organize. Easy to learn software, some bugs, but developer is quick to resolve.

Organize permit inspection requirements, love having field connectivity!

Pros:

Centralized location to store inspection reports and accessible in the field via the cloud. Saves time tracking inspection schedules. Very helpful annual report.

Cons:

When facilities are not in compliance its hard to show the owner where these deficiencies are located on the site via the inspection letter. Additional customization would be appreciative.
