Promisec has enabled us to provide robust compliance managed services

We've optimized our compliance teams efforts, with PEM we are able to automate thousands of work-hours and keep our collaborators doing more important tasks than manual compilation and comparison of baseline data versus runtime configurations. Our customers are very satisfied with the way PEM simplifies audit events.

Functionality

Pros:

The fact that it does not requiere agents for 99% of deployed endpoints. How simple it is to define a configuration baseline and then update it according to business requirements. The top level dashboard which lets us visualize our compliance in the most comprehensive way. The fact that PEM has a very specific reason to be and delivers it 100%.

Cons:

Some customers have asked for features which do not currently exist and even when it seems like they should be easy to implement, we haven't got them. This is because the lack of an agent as much as it simplifies deployment and management, it limits the platform's capabilities. We don't like this but we understand it is justified and all the pro's are more relevant.
