I've been using cammsproject for a few months now and have been really impressed with the ease of use of the system, but at the same time it has a lot more flexibility than other project management tools I've seen. You can run your full project lifecycle through it ' from business case to post closure review ' with a flexible workflow. Would definitely recommend it for those who are serious about project management but don't want something too complex for their staff to actually use.
