Kangaroo vs Loyal Zoo: Which is best for you?

The integration with Lightspeed e-com and pos has worked and now that we have moved our e-com platform to Shopify it is working there as well and also integrates well with Judge.me reviews so that our customers can continue to earn points when they review our products.

I do think the cost to send texts is high, it really adds up if you have a large customer database, and it has the potential to get out of hand when you set up automated text campaigns.

I would love for the ability to create a custom card, have the ability to select an option that automatically gives a set number of points to the account, and have the ability to reset the card daily so people can complete tasks on a daily basis.

Also the loyal zoo button on my epos till is slow - it takes too long to switch from the till screen to the loyal zoo screen and back again.
