  • The integration with Lightspeed e-com and pos has worked and now that we have moved our e-com platform to Shopify it is working there as well and also integrates well with Judge.me reviews so that our customers can continue to earn points when they review our products.
  • I do think the cost to send texts is high, it really adds up if you have a large customer database, and it has the potential to get out of hand when you set up automated text campaigns.

  • The process is nearly automated: I can upload a CSV file containing all the necessary data—such as recipients' email addresses, names, reward values and currencies, languages, and more—and the system populates everything automatically.
  • Before Tremendous I was either sending emailed gift cards through Amazon which made for an accounting nightmare and then if I needed to send a Visa gift card I had to go through the hassle if finding a trusted website to use and having to track to ensure the client received it.
