Great Experience

I have used the site several times and each time its a easy process. I do not have to ask for any assistance and my awards are given to me in a timely manner

I love it, the process is easy. The site is easy to navigate. My employer gives rewards and then I go and redeem the points. Its a win win situation!

No complaints about the program. It was many rewards to choose from with an easy way to view all recognitions.

Awardco Ease

Overall, our organization is happy with Awardco and the benefits it has provided to our organization. Our peer-to-peer recognitions went from about 50/month to 600/month with the ease of recognizing peers on the platforms. It is also easier for leaders to individually recognize their employees with extra vacation days or points.

Removed manual barriers in rewards and recognition for employees; increased peer-to-peer recognition of organizational values; variety of choices in points redeemed; leader recognitions at the touch of a finger; miscellaneous option to award points for special programming/events throughout the year

Cons:

There is a learning curve in running the reports; customer support is not always timely when there is an issue; the swag stores could use an upgrade - we discontinued ours based on quality.

Overall a Great Platform--Recommended

Overall I feel like it's a great platform. I think there's some areas where we could improve or change, but overall--it does it's job and certainly serves its purpose of helping encourage the habit of a positive shout out of other coworkers. As it is now, I would recommended it to others if I felt the platform would be relevant.

Awardco is a great tool to encourage the team to give praise to others and helps to make it a routine habit of positive shouting out of other coworkers. While we aren't given many credits, I do feel that it's till a good value for the money. The low amount does prevent you feeling like you have to struggle to use all of your credits up.

Cons:

Customer service response time. I had an issue during the holidays and tried to reach out, but was not able to get a quick response back. There wasn't any posted holiday hours listed I could find. They did get back to me and handle the issue after the holiday however. I'm happy with the resolution, but would've liked a faster response back to me.

I absolutely love Awardco - it allows our team to encourage one another and appreciate our contributions - it gives employee management an opportunity to engage, they have excellent customer support and who does not love the gift card here and there - what a wonderful thing! We get tremendous value for our money and there are never any bugs or issues with the system. Reliable and easy to use - no learning curve! and it's great for file sharing. What is not to love??

There is nothing not to love - way to go, pat yourself on the back, We use it with our teams and we all love it very much

Fantastic variety of products and gift cards on a platform that is super easy to use!

I found awardco super easy to use and navigate. The learning curve was very short because of the excellent directions for use. I love being able to easily access my awards and have such a tremendous selection of products and gift cards to choose from. It has been a great experience each time I log on to spend some of my reward points. I really appreciate how quickly the electronic gift cards are received after you select them.

I really like the selection of options and products offered. The platform is super easy to use. The directions included are straightforward and lessen the learning curve of using the platform. I like that we, as the employee, have more control in managing how we utilize our rewards. The selection of gift cards is very nice and super easy to use. and great value for the money. I have found no bugs or issues with the platform at all. Customer support is very prompt in answering questions. It was very easy to complete file sharing to my personal account so that I could access everything easily. I really like how quickly the transactions happen from time of selection to time the award is received - it's super fast.

Cons:

Honestly, I really haven't found much that I don't like about the awardco platform. I think that maybe our organization could make the awardco icon appear in several places for easy access.

The Best Reward System!

I have loved using Awardco for rewards and love the items I am able to pick out and receive. It's a great thing for employees to be able to use and access for acknowledgement that actually represents value.

I love the ability to be acknowledged in a way that is valuable to me and the fact that I can get items from vendors that I already like. The items always come quickly. Any issues I have had have been handled right away and completely resolved. It is a great way to acknowledge someone's work!

Cons:

There really isn't much I can say that I haven't liked about Awardco. The one issue I had was an item in my cart, that had only been in the cart a short while, disappeared, saying it was now out of stock, but it didn't tell me which item, and as I had several items in the cart, so I wasn't sure which item went missing without a lot of review. Otherwise, it all functions well! Maybe a more filtered way to search items, such as by price low to high?

Cons:

Honestly, there isn’t much to dislike. If I had to point out something, it would be that the platform has so many options that it can feel a bit overwhelming at first. It took me a moment to get used to the layout and find everything I needed. Once I got familiar with it, though, it was smooth sailing.

1. It is simple to keep track of points as well as past orders within Amazon. Many times I have almost accidently ordered something I already have. If it is something I want I know i can save the points and gives me something to work towards. Items always arrive promptly.

Cons:

Honestly the ONLY! thing is I can not give myself points kinda like a savings plan to work towards something i personally want. If I could give myself Awardco points THAT WOULD ROCK!!! Think about that I am say 5 points from ordering something i really want I can upload from a card the points i need and there ya go another good sell.
