I can share my teams as well as other teams that work with us together how much we appreciate them for all their hard work and dedication. Also, I am a very big fan celebrating milestones at work as well as birthdays

Cons:

Everything is GREAT!! I have no complaints with Cooleaf. The site is awesome; the rewards are great. Only little complaint I have is that you don't get that many points available throughout the year.

Great Platform to show appreciation!

Pros:

this is the first platform I've known that really engages employees and generate a lot of good energy, motivation and team-building connections. Cooleaf has really become a major part of our culture here at Monterail. I'm suprised how easy and seamless we are onboarding newcomers to the platform and how quickly they're becoming engaged users. The rewards are more like a cherry on top. I think we're all here to experience and receive and show gratitude to our peers.

Cons:

Small usability problems. Would be great to have more ways to recognise groups. As a manager I would welcome ability to create private challenges for teams with custom rewards (maybe it's more about having admin rights than lack of functionalities). Lastly, it would be great to talk to the specific user groups as I'm certain different types of teams, users and organisations will have different pain points and needs.

The best features of Cooleaf are how easy it is to recognize employees across the organization, how easy to implement the challenges for your employees, and the visibility it provides to other employees.

Cons:

There aren't a whole lot of cons about it. I think one thing I might change would be a more managed feed for the employees.
