Overall, I have enjoyed CertifyMe. I also enjoyed their customer support. My account managers are extremely proactive. I want to continue doing business with them, they are pretty reliable. Like all other applications, it's not perfect, and there's always room for improvement, but it serves the purpose in which we are using it for.

The inability to create different email templates per certification. It would make automation more logical.
