About AutoManager

Automotive CRM is a comprehensive solution for independent car dealers. It is built to help dealerships manage existing and prospective customers, track sales team activities, monitor appointments, see customer status, plus more. Automotive CRM uses a lead analytics dashboard, which tells sales managers the number of leads that have been engaged/worked. Auto-response emails can be used to assure leads know they will be contacted soon.

Automotive CRM offers a mobile application that allows dealers to manage appointments and tasks. Users can upload docs/images of income information and ID cards from the app. Additionally, a VIN scanner feature allows dealers to add inventory from mobile devices. The Automotive CRM app is compatible with iOS and Android devices.

Pricing is billed monthly with a quarterly commitment and based on the number of users. Support is available via email, phone, and online documentation.

I'll never have any other DMS!

They are wonderfull!! I've been with them since 2008. They have always been able to address my needs and ideas and adapt programs (or features) to make everything work like it was custom made just for me.

Pros:

They always are introducing great new features and the support team is fast and thorough. My account rep, [sensitive content hidden], isn't just a "sales person", talking to him is like talking to one of my fraternity brothers. And he always gets me "hooked up" with exactly the right person to hear and understand my questions or needs.

Cons:

I'm an early riser on the east coast and AutoManager is based on the west coast. Sometimes I have to wait a few hours if I need help, but then again they always call early (for them) as soon as they check their messages. And they are definitely worth the wait.

I like everything in Deskmanager program. Deskmanager program is very easy to be used and it is not expensive program Mike was very helpful with solving all my issues and answered all my questions

This is an fantastic platform with true customer service. Had a disater on a saturday dealership was crippled an amazing customer service rep named [sensitive content hidden] took his time to explain everything and got us up and running quick. Absolutely first class tech who couldnt get paid enough Absolutely saved the day.
