What I like about BoomTown is how powerful it is for lead generation and follow-up, with great CRM tools that help me stay organized and responsive.

customer service is abysmal - never return calls, and when I scheduled zoom meetings to address my issues, they never showed up.

I like how it keeps all contact information in one place and allows you to set reminders for your tasks.

It is not the fault of the reps, but is the fact that Lofty has them talking to multiple people at once, so they bounce between tasks and questions, and conversations trying to keep up and provide a very low level of service response time.
