If Lofty improves customer support responsiveness, follows through more consistently on issue resolution and refunds, and refines its advertising, SEO, and AI tools, it could easily become a top-tier platform. As it stands, it’s a solid system with strengths, but also some meaningful gaps that prospective users should be aware of.
- I also dislike the billing. As the agents add or remove team members, we should be able to see the count since we are splitting that cost with them.
