Chorus vs Convin: Which is best for you?

Overall it was nice to have Chorus vs. our previous recording software due to it's meeting recording summaries and the ability to easily use them for email drafts.

However, the recordings took a long time to process and were lost on a few different occasions due to unforeseen bugs so we shifted away from using this solution in favor of a more reliable one.

I enjoy how simple it is to make my own scorecards on the basis of my daily conversations and weights to accurately represent the significance of each need in respect to the training task.

Having clustered call tags makes it difficult to select the right ones since we have multiple lines of businesses and we have the call tags collectively.
