Dubb is an Amazing Product for 2023 and Beyond!

We have done several videos which have had quite a number of views and also instructional videos that have generated interest in our company. It's an amazing tool and the ease of use and integrations just continue to grow making the product even better and more valuable!

Pros:

The most impressive features for dub are it's tracking of user activity, that is how much your video is viewed and where from. I also found it extremely useful to have the outlook integration for existing videos that can be sent out to any customer within seconds. In addition the ability to do a quick video through dub right from outlook is a brand new video is amazing!

Cons:

The product is extremely easy to use both on the windows platform as well as on Android. I've tried it as well on my iPad and iPhone and it works great

Outstanding Video Capture Software

I create videos for client sales, onboarding, quick explainers, and "show me how" videos. Dubb allows me to do this elegantly and effortlessly. I regularly get comments on how fantastic my email videos are, and this is all down to Dubb's easy-to-use system. I haven't used everything Dubb has to offer yet - and I already can't imagine life without it now!

Pros:

I'll be transparent, the event driving this particular review is an interaction I had with the Dubb support team - they were INCREDIBLE. So patient with me, answered all my questions, helped me figure out the best use case and did so with digital smiles. The software itself is fantastic, and before Dubb, I was using Loom, and this software basically kicks Loom's behind, but as I said, I'm here because their team is SECOND TO NONE. And I'm a sucker for a rock-solid team.

Cons:

I haven't found anything I don't like about the software...maybe if I were being pedantic, I'd ask for the video rendering speeds to be increased, but honestly, that's nit-picking!

BEWARE of Auto Renew They won't notify you, then charge you and not REFUND you!

I never really used the service, I paid for a year with the black friday with great intentions, but it just didnt take off like I thought it would. So I never actually used the service for like 7 months of the year which was fine because I paid for it. But What I didnt like was the auto renew was turned on and when I Noticed the day after they auto charged me for a full year I emailed them saying hey I never saw an option to turn off the auto renew please cancel my subscription they said no we dont do refunds. To me that's poor customer service. I had to ask them to go in on the back end and turn off the auto renew! Sneaky business. If I actually was using it and tried to get a refund I understand but I never got an email letting me know your auto renew subscription is coming up or anything. I use lots of programs, some work great some don't i've never not had a business offer a refund though.

Life Saver

Wish I had known about this before - it would have saved much heartache in trying to do what I needed manually over the last few years. I like the analytics where I can go back and analyze who watched my videos - when and how often. Fantastic and instant feedback on what works and what doesn't.

I was using two email autoresponders and was frustrated with them. Not being able to add video easily nor could I add CTA buttons. When I learned about this capability in Dubb it changed my lead generation process because now I could get the message out in the way I wanted and add CTA buttons with several options depending on the prospects engagement levels. You can integrate this with your email responder, LinkedIn and more which is perfect. There are other capabilities I haven't explored yet - and looking forward to trying them.

Cons:

Took me a while to figure it out like any new software - once I got the hang of it - it is now second nature.

Pros:

I've automated my outreach, my multi-step sales and nurture process, and I use Dubb on the daily for client communication and for connecting more deeply with my clients.

Cons:

The learning curve on Dubb can be steeper, but the rewards for learning the platform are plenty. I wish the UI were more intuitive, and I dearly wish the Dubb team spent more time on UX refinement and less on self-promotion. With that said, however, Dubb kicks ass over everyone in this "video" vertical.

Take My MONEY- A NO Brainer!

I Love My Dubb! I use this solution for my outreach, follow up, and engagement and have not looked back. I really like the fact they are always innovating and adding value to the tool. When I started using it I found several different ways that it increased value to my social media, content creation, and booking business.

Cons:

The only downside I see is that more people need to learn about this amazing solution. I know there are a few items that the team has been working on and I would like to see and then BAM! All of a sudden, they show up. Updates and improvements So that downside is that I get to learn something new that helps my business. #LoveMyDubb

I have found it incredibly easy to record videos to send to clients as well as have used this to help launch my book that's coming out soon. I can see real time data about video watches, clicks on CTAs, and people love to respond by video as well! This is a GAME CHANGER!

Cons:

Just a few glitchy things but the customer support is fantastic so it's not a huge deal.

I wish it had a way to have the people on the other end respond in video instead of text. Not sure, maybe they do. I am new to this product..but love it!

The features are off the charts. Nothing else compares to what Dubb can do. My personal favorite features are the presets and customizations that are available.

Cons:

It is almost (but not quite) overwhelming what you can do. I have not even tapped into the CRM capability yet! (on my list)
