Who are we?

Gold-Vision is a user-intuitive customer relationship management (CRM) solution that includes modules for sales, marketing, support, projects, portal and events. Suitable for organizations of all sizes, it can be installed both on-premise and in the cloud, dependant on preference.

Core features:

The core CRM features include automatic tracking and synchronization of emails with Microsoft 365. Other features include centralized storage of prospect and customer information, which can be accessed on desktop or mobile devices. Users can also view social profiles for prospects and customers.

Sales:

Sales features include lead scoring, easy reporting, and comprehensive pipeline management. Furthermore, set pre-defined scores and view integrated website analytics with simplistic touchpoint scoring, with leads automatically scored based on customer interest.

Pipeline management is at the core of the sales module, get an instant live view of your business status, forecast sales revenue, and even set and monitor performance targets for different team members, ensuring the entire team is in the loop with sales activities.

Gold-Vision's opportunities module provides...

details of all quotes, activities and recent emails, so any user can view where the lead came from and what’s happening next. Marketing: The Gold-Vision product line also includes our brand-new product, Gold-Vision Marketing. Gold-Vision Marketing is an all-in-one digital marketing platform which is fully integrated with our CRM. Marketing gives users the ability to create and run campaigns, all whilst data is being fed back into CRM to aid the sales process – making sales and marketing alignment easier than ever. Fantastic service with a well built system.

Really good, we have been using GV for a number of years and it has served us well over our growth and constant changes. We have reviewed our options after a few years to see if it was still the best option and we decided to stick with GV as it met all of our needs and the main pro was the customer service, Both [sensitive content hidden] have been incredible to deal with.[sensitive content hidden] has been very supportive and knowledgeable though any issue I have.[sensitive content hidden] within the support team is also a dream to talk to.

A genuinely valuable CRM with outstanding support

Our overall experience with Gold-Vision CRM has been excellent. It’s made managing client relationships and projects across different areas of the business straightforward and reliable. The whole team find it intuitive and beneficial, which is no small feat for a CRM. Pros:
What stands out most about Gold-Vision is how easy it is for our entire business to manage projects and client information across multiple arms of the company. Where CRMs often feel like a chore, our wider team actually find value in using it — several even said it's by far the best CRM they've worked with. The reporting functions are excellent, making it effortless to stay informed and up to date. The recent update to the home screen has made the user experience even better, and we’re really looking forward to the upcoming feature for bulk widget updates. On top of the software itself, the Gold-Vision team are fantastic — super responsive, helpful and always a pleasure to deal with. Our account manager [sensitive content hidden] is brilliant, and [sensitive content hidden] are consistently key in supporting us with queries and quotations.
Cons:
My only critique was around the original home screen functionality, but this has recently been updated and has genuinely improved the platform’s usability. It’s difficult to fault it now.

Gold vision turned platinum results

My overall experience has been wonderful like I said I've only been using this with my company for about 6 months or so but it's been amazing and how we have been able to turn around are business model and actually eliminate a job to provide more financial for different areas of our department

I liked that they cater to small business and you're not so lost in all the features of this product and it makes you feel real efficiently able to run a business
Cons:
Twilight police was the ability to just be caught up in the amount of features but like I said if you're unable to narrow down what you need and not use some of you're not forced to use all the pictures so don't feel like you have to

Collaborative work with the team at Goldvision has been an absolute pleasure. They are responsive, helpful and friendly and always extremely patient when working with a busy business like ours. I highly recommend the team and the software.

It brings together in one easy to use platform tender and client management along with the ability to monitor all aspects of the bid department. It makes reporting to senior managers so much easier. After the initial period the software is really easy and saves me time.
Cons:
As yet there is nothing in Gold-Vision CRM that I do not like. The system is user friendly and very easy to work with.

The system is easy to navigate and use. The system can also be customised to suite specific needs which we found really helpful.
Cons:
When copy quoting the details from the first quote pull through (i dont think this use to happen) now you have to remove those details to add in the correct contact. Potential risk of sending a quote addressed to the wrong person.

Reasons for switching to Gold-Vision CRM

The system was horrible and didnt work for the business

Cons:
It can be quite hard to setup and time consuming, but once you get there you can make it work for you.

Our account manager has been on hand every step of our upgrade process and provided plenty of support and training in setting up GoldVision 8 CRM. The system is clean and easy to use, has allowed us to simplify some of our internal processes and create easy to view dashboard charts of key information.

We use GoldVision 8 CRM for all aspects of our customer management, sales processes (website lead qualification, quote generation and opportunity progression) and support ticketing. The system is very intuitive to use, provide good functionality ‘out of the box’, but also allows easy customization to match our internal processes.
Cons:
A few of our business specific processes cannot be set up in the system, although most areas can be re-configured easily or via additional customization.

We preferred the ease of customization and simplicity of quoting on GoldVision CRM

My overall experience using with Gold-Vision CRM has been ok, moreso with the help of our success manager. There are quite a few areas of improvement needed as the company grows and requirements change. as it stands its not 100% fit for purpose. The actual platform itself could do with a sprucing up to make it more visually appealing, when looking at the likes of Monday, Salesforce etc.

Customer support in relation to our client manager makes it much better to maneuver. Email are responded to promptly and efficiently and solutions are reached with advice on how to utilise platform in accordance to company needs. In comparison to others Gold-Vision is good value for money.
Cons:
The user interface can be quite difficult and not straight forward. The usage of communication tools on the platform is not always fit for purpose and looks like there will need to be further developments made (potentially backend) to help us reach out goals.

Amazing support - GV are always super quick at helping me enquiries and finding ways to help us use the product better. Also like how easy it is to see key metrics on my dashboard, love logging in to see how our sales and KPIs are doing each day
Cons:
Not much. I did take a bit of time to get used to how contacts are set up as we mostly engage with customers on an account level. I do wish as a marketer there was easier ways of linking GV with some external products without having to use zapier etc as we don't currently use that.
