As an agent, I have everything in one place, and the customer support is excellent.

They charged my alot of money before they canceled my service and they wont refund the money.

I like the ability to not only keep track of my contacts but also the functionality of to-do lists for listings or closings based around listing date, or around mutual agreement date.

The desktop site is fully functional on mobile, but having to navigate to the site, login and wade through the desktop site on a mobile device is nowhere near as efficient as an app would be.
