Pros:

Jobin.cloud is a revolutionary tool that is transforming the talent acquisition industry. It is a game changer that can help companies say goodbye to inefficient, old school ATS systems and even some of the new ones. This tool is a huge time saver that can streamline and automate all TA processes within one system, while reducing time-to-fill and enhancing the quality of talent in future TA pipelines. I highly recommend moving to this tool to ensure your team stays ahead of the competition and is first in line to hire the best and brightest for your organization.

Cons:

The Jobin.cloud team is responsive to user feedback and has added new functionality to meet their needs. It’s exciting to see how the tool will continue to evolve in the future.

Reasons for switching to Jobin.cloud

The Workday Talent Acquisition Suite is anything but "AGILE". It has limited capabilities for candidate review and is very manual. You can click through each individual to review and disposition or download a pdf file of all the applications, review on one screen and disposition on a second screen to speed up the process, however, it still takes several hours to go through 50 candidates. Sourcing in the system does not exist. Candidates do go into a "Black Hole" after the requisition closes. A CRM system is recommended as a secondary tool for marketing, sourcing, screening, and notes storage to track potential candidates for future openings. Additionally, Workday provides a poor candidate experience when applying to a job, which led to loss of applicants and a higher rate of unfinished applications.

very good. staff support is excellent. superb even. people are so helpful, not only taught me little hacks but helped setup my flows to maximise my LI limits

Newly remade into a much smarter AI environment. It now gives me the granular control and data I have always wanted.

Cons:

Slow development for a year or so, then wow, all new. only thing I wish is I could close my tab and let it run server based not browser based/

Once I get very familiar with the company software, I think I may continue to use it only as a CRM for my company for sure hopefully the software get better so I can use as my ATS if it offer AI down the road.

We have have tested most of the currently existing Linkedin Automation platforms, and jobin.cloud is by far the best one in terms of value for money. The functionality of their platform is super comprehensive and we consider the lack of a server mode to run the campaigns (i.e. they run in your local browser insance) as a clear security advantage.

We love it easy to use, the capture cant compare to anyone on the market - never could! Clunky old chrome extenstion are a thing of the past now!

I am coming back to Jobin.cloud once again! It cant be beat, easy to use unlimited - were dont traveling around trying platform that are complicated, glitching out!

Cons:

We wanted API - automation but realized its a waste of money an complicated, goes down all the time glitching out. Zapier got very expensive as well!
