Partnering with Jurny has made the back end of STR management EASY!

Absolutely positive. I would recommend any STR or MTR owner/manager to give Jurny a try. There are so many integrations that are included with your subscription. And, so many software programs that integrate with Jurny. It is a breeze. We are a growing company. Currently we have 25 doors. Even when we reach 100+ doors, we will continue to use Jurny. We can definitely grow with Jurny. It would be insane to go anywhere else.

The customer support (in my case with [sensitive content hidden]) is excellent — always attentive and ready to help. I love being able to automate guest messages, manage traveler registration, and have Nia respond in different languages. The coordination with Wheelhouse is also a big plus. Everything works great, and I will definitely stay with Jurny.

NOTE: we don't use the Jurny app. We use the WEBSITE on both desktop and mobile. It works really well and we like that we aren't dealing with two dramatically different user interface experiences.
