Pros / Cons
  • Mailchimp allows us to quickly create, automate, and analyze email campaigns, making it an excellent choice for both beginners and seasoned marketers.
  • For agencies, they forced that the pre-paid credits expire in a year, and the list plans aren't worth the money unless you send a lot of frequent mails. If you send campaings from time to time to different customers, unless your volume is huge, fees make it unpayable. If you are an end user, then the story is different and prices will make more sense (maybe that's their idea of customers right now).

  • Overall, Outlook is a solid, dependable email and productivity platform that’s well-suited for professional and business use. While it has a learning curve and occasional performance issues, its reliability, integration, and organizational tools outweigh its drawbacks.
  • It also has a few glitches with showing read vs unread emails and the number of unread emails icon on mobile doesn’t update in real time.
