For agencies, they forced that the pre-paid credits expire in a year, and the list plans aren't worth the money unless you send a lot of frequent mails. If you send campaings from time to time to different customers, unless your volume is huge, fees make it unpayable. If you are an end user, then the story is different and prices will make more sense (maybe that's their idea of customers right now).

It’s a great free option and I would recommend it for entry-level marketing and design needs.

Its horrible and difficult to navigate and it has no center points horizontally nor vertically and a lot of other downfalls in the upgrade.
