Overall - it's been great! MM listens to their customers. MM has taken some of my suggestions/complaints over the years and have made updates. We've partnered with Magazine Manager for almost 10 years now, and my publisher knows not to even bother to suggest changing to another CRM. I can quantify (and assign revenue to) ways Magazine Manager and Marketing Manager have made us more efficient and more successful. That is a rare thing and I am not about to give it up!
