Odoo vs PrestaShop: Which is best for you?

My experience with Odoo has been very disappointing. Once you become a paid client, it is extremely difficult to receive direct and proper customer support. If you encounter any issues with your account, instead of solving them, they simply redirect you to their website, leaving you without real assistance.

The user interface is simple, and there are specific modules available for different types of projects.

It was a few years ago that we used Prestashop, we found it to be a bit buggy at times and experienced a fair few breaking changes for updates.
