My experience with Odoo has been very disappointing. Once you become a paid client, it is extremely difficult to receive direct and proper customer support. If you encounter any issues with your account, instead of solving them, they simply redirect you to their website, leaving you without real assistance.

The platform’s flexibility is its biggest strength — you can shape your store exactly how you want it, and the WordPress ecosystem gives you endless options for design and features.

Some of its extensions are way too expensive, and for more advanced customization you need some coding, which isn’t easy for beginners.
