About RentSyst

RentSyst is a cloud-based CRM solution designed for car rental businesses, large fleets and owners of one or more cars. With it, users can competently optimize their business by streamlining workflow automation.

RentSyst has an auto checkbox, which allows teams to track up to 50 indicators of cars (location, vehicle mileage, fuel quantity and more). The system displays a detailed status of orders (order number in the system, tenant details and car specifications). Its daily plan tab and timeline allows staff members to remember the temporary supply of the car for clients.

The personal card of the car has its own statistics, allowing the owner of the fleet to know the profitability of each of the cars. RentSyst is adapted for mobile devices, making it possible to work with the program from anywhere in the world directly from smartphones.

RentSyst helps car rental companies control, plan, optimize and analyze business processes for increased workforce productivity.

It has really a lot of customisation, that is exactly we were searching for !

That is exactly what we were searching for. More than helpful for effectively planning and performing daily activities but also we save a lot of time cause we’re able to control our fleet and clients from any place and any device, no need to download software and stay in the office

They have great customer support. They will take all the time you need to walk you through anything.

Cons:

The timeline is limited, takes to many clicks. Also would like if you could type de dates at the drivers licenses

Pros:

Smooth interface, very easy to use, very easy to integrate with lot of services, You can configure your own settings and add your style as well. Customer support is great, they answer sometimes in a few minutes only! The stability is also great, no downtime at all. It is also very important that they are always adding new features.

Cons:

No cons with rentsyst, it works great and the value for money is ok too. Very flexible and easy to use.

Really positive. The product has great functionality for the price. As a business with only a very small fleet, we still wanted rich functionality that will reduce our management overheads and enable us to scale when we are ready

Pros:

Good mix of features and economical pricing which is a great match for our small fleet of vehicles. Wordpress plugin is useful.

Cons:

More configurable wordpress plugin would be nice. Also sometimes I forget how to do something, but they have a lot of video guides and their support is always quick to respond.

easy to use but no adaptative to specific neccesities

I’ve been using Rentsys for several months now and the implementation was easy. However, I’ve had some issues with the payment platform and I'm still working on resolving them. I’ve used other platforms like HQ Rental before, and I think they are very different.

Easy to install and manage, plus it has a great price

Cons:

The things I don’t like are: it's difficult to customize according to specific needs, bookings are automatically accepted even if no payment has been made, and when there's no availability, it doesn’t suggest the next available date or show the customer the availability.

Fast, User-Friendly, and Excellent Support

Overall, RentSyst has been a great experience. It's fast, user-friendly, and provides excellent control over the fleet, making daily management much more efficient. It works very well for different types of vehicles like ATVs, motorcycles, and scooters, which is essential for our business. The support team is also fast and responsive, always ready to help when needed.

simple operation in the system, and recording of every detail, saving contact details, numbers emails

Cons:

that there is no app :) I'm missing a field for where the reservation comes from, for example a hotel, an agency. Because small companies pay commissions and need to be recorded

Great support and functionality, but limited flexibility for niche businesses

Overall, we’re very satisfied with RentSyst. It has been a key tool in organizing our operations and managing our fleet. Although there’s room for improvement—especially when it comes to customizing the system for unique business models like ours—the experience has been positive, mainly thanks to the excellent support team.

The system is user-friendly and visually intuitive. [sensitive content hidden], our point of contact, has been extremely accessible and always willing to help and solve any issues promptly. The interface makes day-to-day management easier and includes several useful features for general operations.

Cons:

While the system meets many of our needs, it doesn’t fully adapt to our specific business model at Buggy & Go. We've encountered challenges trying to customize internal processes due to the platform’s rigidity. Additionally, RentSyst doesn’t integrate with the most commonly used payment processors in Panama—such as Paguelofácil or Yappy—which complicates automated local payments and forces us to find workarounds.

overall, RentSyst works great for our needs. if I had to pick something, maybe the dashboard could offer a few more customization options — but it’s definitely not a dealbreaker!
