Pros:

I really liked the level of customisation available in VTEnext. it is mostly easy to do and a non-developer like me manages well. We were able to integrate into the backend of our other survey systems. It was fairly easy to do. We were also able to design pdf report easily from our records wich helps save a lot of time

Cons:

I did not like that the pricing was not open and easily available. I had to email the company to ask for it and I would have licked clear pricing upfront without the need for all the additional comunication. The price of this software should not be an obstacle to using it. There are a few buttons that could be translated better but it is not a serious issue more an irratation.

Why I moved from VTE Next to folk

Many years (over five) with good use to archive documents (offers, drawing, specifications) seriuos trouble to connect gmail account

Vtenext, new way to manage the commercial relation

The installation of the tool is carried out in a simple and smooth way, once installed the application shows a friendly and balanced graphical interface, the use of the tool is simple and easy to understand, even for people with little experience in handling the computer. On the other hand, the adaptability tools, creation of new modules, fields and views, among others, allow the application to be adapted to any current or future requirement. Process design through its process digitization engine requires a bit of practice to understand the BPMN methodology; once understood (and you have plenty of learning resources for this) it enables more powerful execution within the organization. This makes daily work faster and easier

vtenext: The CRM for companies that need to scale and automate business processes

Excellent. We started with the free community version from Github to test and prototype with the software. We got great support from vtenext and the software was even better than expected. We upgraded to the full enterprise version because we need some additional functionality that is not available in the community version.

We needed an open object model with strong BPM workflow engine that we can customize and automate without programming. vtenext is that product. I have used many CRM systems and have found vtenext to be the absolutely best choice for organizations that truly want to use, automate and customize their operations easily and inexpensively. We have built our company on vtenext.

Cons:

Lag time on English translations of documentation. I don't read or speak Italian.
