Good survey tool if you use Zoho CRM

Pros:

Easy to create a survey and administrate it fast. It's included in our Zoho membership so we've also set up automations with our CRM part.

Cons:

The visual of the survey it not always customisable to our taste and doesn't look 100% good. Although you can use the API to do your own design and call the survey in the backend but this takes more time.

It was already available as we use Zoho crm.

Zoho Survey is something that I value and appreciate despite the minor caveats. I think everyone can benefit from survey data, and I can personally attest that Zoho Survey is both affordable and appropriate for small to medium businesses.

Pros:

Zoho Survey is great because it's easy to implement and use! The UI is impressive and better than I expected. I had only a small amount of experience with this category of software yet I was still able to create surveys for clients on my own. There are 20+ types of questions to choose from in the survey builder. Some of the question types can even be used to power skip logic. I also have the Zoho Survey mobile app where I can review survey responses as soon as they're received. I can set up notifications when a question receives a specific answer as well. I never needed customer service to resolve an issue, however I have emailed them with questions and the response was prompt.

Cons:

I wanted to include questions that were something like "Please select what we did well" or "Please select what we could do better" and the client could check the boxes on multiple answers. I put the questions into the editing box and discovered that multiple answer specifications are not supported. I think this is something Zoho Survey could do better.. I would also like to be able to use bold letters in some questions with specifications that clients seem to overlook, however this is not supported either. It was surprising to me that a survey software would overlook such basic features.

Checkbox survey fell short of my expectations and was difficult to use. Zoho Survey seemed much cleaner even before I had an opportunity to use it. This was an easy choice!

As the survey tool inside Zoho One suite it gets the job done. Probably would consider it separately

Great survey tool, very complete and straightforward. Would recommend it for all Zoho One users. However if you do not need to integrate your survey answers to your CRM you will probably can get the job done with free tools like Surveymonkey or Google Forms

Zoho Survey comes integrated with Zoho One suite solutions. The answers can integrate within Zoho CRM Great customization features.With seamless drag and drop blocks you can build a survey template from scratch in short time.

Cons:

I wouldn't consider buying Zoho Survey as a stand-alone product. The tool has been designed to work as an extension of Zoho One, it doesn't integrate well with third party crms.

Easy to use drag&drop, the templates are good, and the price is fair relative to the features and capabilities

Cons:

It's not the latest word in UI design, and there could be more features. No time to test it all and get a feel of the software in the 7-day trial period

Zoho Survey is a Breeze

Our experience with Zoho Survey has been quite positive. As a manufacturer of medical devices, we hold multiple webinars using Zoho's webinar offering. The integration between the application suite of products is quite good and Zoho subscribers will find well polished tools for their business needs.

Zoho Survey is very easy to use. Setup is a breeze and the survey system works seamlessly with Zoho's CRM. The product is very affordable, offering multiple pricing options. From the FREE version to the ENTERPRISE version, Zoho's got you covered..

Cons:

Zoho Survey integrates very well with the Zoho CRM. If you do not utilize Zoho's CRM, Zoho Survey is fine as a standalone product, but it works much better with the Zoho CRM.

Pros:

Zoho Survey has been essential for creating surveys and understanding customer satisfaction in terms of service and presentation. From the initial creation, it's a simple process in which all the information is clearly defined and has an attractive design for the public. Most customers don't fill out surveys because they find them boring. However, Zoho Survey makes it a simpler and faster process to respond to, and it's easier for us to send them to the entire interested public.

Cons:

I don't dislike it at all because Zoho has always proven to be a very comprehensive platform without flaws or poor user tools.

How zoho survey fits into our product feedback loop.

We work with data to iterate on UX changes and prioritize roadmap features. It served to validate user pain points before they were problems.

Pros:

It was simple to get started with Zoho Survey and connect to CRM and Zoho Analytics. It enables us to collect that feedback post-demo, onboarding, and feature testing all queuable and orderable.

Cons:

The design is customisable; you can skin it, but you cannot expect pixel perfect control over the design. Also mobile optimization could be better.

- Simple to use and clean interface with drag and drop question feature - Easy to create, distribute and analyse the surveys - Ideal for quick surveys and doesn't require any tech expertise - Seamless integration across Zoho ecosystem (CRM, Campaign) and third party apps like Google sheet - Advance feature like scoring, skip logic and multi language support - Real time analytics and dashboard is provided - Cost effective tool

Cons:

- Inadequate customer support - Although third party integration is offered, it sometimes create issues - User can feel interface outdated because of its too simple look. Additionally it may look outdated because of its survey design and layout

Look beyond basic customer reactions

Pros:

The experience with Zoho Survey helped me gather and analyze customer feedback in a better way. The ease of integrating surveys on various platforms as well as getting real-time responses enabled me to adjust campaigns fast.

Cons:

When dealing with large datasets, I discovered that the filtering options in the analytics module were somehow limited.

Pros:

Zoho Survey special logic paths and multilingual questionnaires allow me to craft defined surveys, which resonate with my global customers. Conditional questions make the feedback feel-relevant and the sentiment charts allow me to read responses in real-time.

Cons:

Occasionally exporting in Excel gave me too generic results that required a manual refresh before being shared.
