Great platform for managing gift cards and digital rewards

Through Giftbit, we provide recognition to our employees and promotions to our customers. We send gift cards automatically through personalized emails and track the status of the sent gift cards to analyze the impact of our incentive programs.

No Complaints!

My company used Giftbit to help with a small referral program based on survey submissions. It was easy to import contacts, send orders in bulk and top up our account with funds when running low. We had [sensitive content hidden] as our rep who was available for any questions and helped walk us through the site so we had to knowledge to succeed! And that we did!

Pros:

Giftbit is very intuitive, easy to upload contacts, create templates and track for mulitple bulk orders. All steps are customizable to your needs.

Cons:

There is not a lot that Giftbit hasnt thought of to make the users experience problem free. I didn't come across any roadblocks.

It integrates with our HR stack like a charm. Giftbit makes it super easy for us to send out branded gift cards, particularly when we want to show appreciation to our clients or when we hit team milestones. It’s also scaleable in a way that feels personal.

Cons:

Some of the foreign team members have some trouble redeeming the gift. The global catalog thing would be nice.

Easy to sent out reward

Giftbit is the simplest way to sent gift card reward for customer and client. They don't have to register with the platform and can directly redeem the reward from the link we provide.

So many selection is available for gift-card brand is on the redeem page. The selection is changing to fit receiver's region and local gift card option. Amazon card and Starbuck is among the option that can be choose.

Cons:

No discount for high volume purchase. The price is the same, no matter how many we are purchasing.

Giftbit is an easy to use gifting platform

I use Giftbit to offer incentives to our existing or first time customers to continue using to buy our products and services. I serve both businesses and individuals whose taste, preferences and buying trends are not static. Giftbit have assisted me to retain most of them.

Pros:

It is easy to use Giftbit. I am able too buy and send gifts in seconds. They have a fair pricing considering how efficient the platform is. The support team is amazing. They swiftly respond and help when needed.

Cons:

The Dashboard doesn't show the recipient's details and if they have received or not received the gift. The process of setting up templates can be cumbersome. The support though are swift. They helped me to set up the templates

Good for employees and business travelers that may be away from home for while. This product helps with managing money and spend

Cons:

It's only store credit from different businesses. There is not much you can do with the gift cards. But manage money and spend.
