About Skyvia

Skyvia is a cloud-based data integration, backup and management platform for businesses of all sizes. Key features include direct data integration between apps, scheduling settings for backup automation, a wizard to simplify local database connections, and more.

Skyvia’s integration tool allows users to perform data import, export, replication and synchronization. Predefined mapping templates help with automated data mapping between different cloud sources. The data backup feature enables firms to secure data in an Azure GRS storage, run automatic backup operations and track changes between data sets. The online query tool provides solutions to manage and visualize data through insights and reports. Connect allows the creation of web API endpoints (OData and SQL) for databases and cloud applications without coding, which can be used to further integrate data via the OData protocol or to link to data analysis or reporting tools.

Reliable and easy to use backup tool

Very happy with both the tool and the support available, it's made our backups and restores easy and automated

Pros:

We use Skyvia as a backup for our Hubspot CRM in Australia. We've been using it for over a year and the integration with Hubspot was easy, it is set up automatically to run each week and I could configure it to delete the oldest version so that it never fails due to running out of space. On the rare occasion that I've needed to contact support with a question they've been really helpful.

Cons:

I initially found the navigation a little tricky for certain actions, however, improvements have been made over the last year

Pros:

The automated replications make all the difference; especially with the added benefit of failure notifications via email, which makes it very low-maintainance once set up.

Cons:

Troubleshooting can sometimes be a hassle and technical support slow to respond. It would also be nice to have basic connectors for social platforms like X and Facebook social performance.

Pros:

I used this tool to migrate from Zoho to Salesforce. The good news - with hard work and dedication, you can probably get the job done. I did, and I couldn't find any other tool to do so with our conditions of satisfaction.

Cons:

Documentation is terrible, and I had no luck with customer support. Recently tried using the tool again to push Hubspot data to a Google Sheet and the tool kept freezing.

Good option for small dev teams managing multiple data sources

Skyvia has become part of our weekly workflow for syncing client activity, marketing data, and internal KPIs. It saves us a lot of time and makes data more accessible to non-technical team members through connected spreadsheets. As a small team without a dedicated data engineer, it bridges the gap between back-end systems and day-to-day business needs. Pros:

Skyvia made moving data between our PostgreSQL database, HubSpot, and Google Sheets easy without writing custom code. The no-code interface is surprisingly powerful, we got our first data flows running in under an hour.

Cons:

Debugging failed tasks can be a bit frustrating because error messages are sometimes vague. It would be helpful to have more detailed logs or error context. But Skyvia is a great option for us though given the small size of our company.

A dependable tool for automating reporting workflows.

Skyvia is used to automate data integration across platforms like Salesforce, Snowflake, and internal customer feedback tools. Skyvia really made it simple to bring together booking, customer, and feedback data from multiple systems into our data warehouse. The ability to schedule recurring syncs and transformations has been key for keeping our dashboards fresh without manual intervention.

Great tool for data replication and much more

I use it to replicate several data sources from Airtable into BigQuery. They are on a schedule and sync row/row on changes

Clean interface and depth of the tools. Easy to sign up and the most affordable option that I came across for replicating my data. They also have a great query tool as well.

Cons:

The learning curve however that may not be an issue for someone that is more skilled in the trade.

The SAP ERP and Azure SQL connectors work out‑of‑the‑box—even with custom IDocs. Historical backfill of three years’ data completed in two nights.

BigCommerce export made easy

Pros:

We like Skyvia for a range of automation options it offers. Instead of downloading data manually from BigCommerce every day, we just put a scheduling timer in Skyvia and the needed files arrive on time. Also, it's cool that not all data needs to be downloaded at the same time as Skyvia allows us to select specific entries we need for our marketing and sales activities.

Cons:

There is not so much negative to say about Skyvia since it satisfies our expectations. The only wish is to add more flexibility to the pricing plans. With the plan we have, only 5 scheduled integrations per day are available. And the next plan offers 50 integrations per day. What if we need around 15? Not a big deal, but adding more flexibility would be a cool thing.
