    Awesome communication tool for Optometric offices

    Adit has been an asset to our office, taking many tasks off of my staff's plate. The text to pay feature has resulted in a lower accounts receivable in the office.

    Adit is a wonderful value for the cost. It has many valuable features that we use in my office. The texting capability is incredible.
    Cons:
    My EHR system was not helpful in my change to Adit. Adit works well with my EHR, but it is not a partner software.

    Very user friendly system

    It has been good. like is said we have had hiccups in the beginning but i think with any company there can be those bumps in the road. it only is worth it if a company is willing to learn from those and take steps to repair what is broken and not stay stagnate. I am looking forward to the changes they have made to the dashboard with that said.

    The dashboard is very user friendly. As well as their support team is very timely. Previous companies that we have used you normally have to call or message and then wait. They get you connected right away and if it is something that will take time, they let you know and will follow u periodically. The reach out randomly to make sure we are doing ok and if there is anything they can help with as well as sharing new features that are included or you can add to you your plan. They actually take our feedback on things. when we started the patient had to specifically reply with a "C" to confirm their appointments. we provided that we would like a positive affirmation to be able to do that like a "thumbs up emoji" or ok". it took a bit, but they did finally implement that.
    Cons:
    We do have the occasional issue with static in our phones, but they have always been on top of trying to resolve it. And we did have a couple hiccups with the afterhours usage in the beginning. Those have been resolved to our satisfaction.

    I didn't like how their system was setup with the phones and the appointment confirmations. I don't believe that it was an all-in-one thing at the time

    We were looking for someone who handled the phones as well and looking into lowering cost. they were a good company for what they were able to do for us.

    I migrated from another platform 1 year ago, and the transition has been amazing. Adit has the same if not more features than the other platform, their IT support is very fast and responsive, and their customer service is top tier. I recently relocated my office, and the Adit team helped me tremendously help with notifying my existing patient base via email blasts and adjusting my text and voice notifications. Adit is a win for me on every level.
    Cons:
    I wish I learned about Adit sooner. I was with another vendor who kept increasing their pricing and took away key features.

    Customer service is good. There are a fee kinks that need to be improved so it doesn't create extra work but it is the best system we have used so far.

    This system offers cost effective solutions at a better price point than similar systems. The billing system is easy to use and the communication within the office and externally is seamless.
    Cons:
    Some practical updates should be incorporated. For example messages from patients should have a separate notifications button so that they can be turned off for hipaa reasons. Forms integration is also a problem.

    Customer service is responsive to my issues/concerns. I also like the monthly meetings to go over marketing/SEO analytics. Adit is also very affordable

    Most times that the system experiences issues is during our working day, which is really inconvenient, as we cannot communicate with via calls or texts when the system goes down.

    Can not schedule appointments or move appointments on Adit mobile. If adit can add more features to their mobile app that would be great

    It has helped us simplify communications with patients from multiple channels into one coordinated system. We have been using Adit for just over six months, and have been pleased with the efficiencies we've gained.

    We really like that Adit is an all-in-one solution for us, and that it integrates well with our EHR (Jane App). Some of the convenient features we use are two-way texting, e-mail marketing campaigns, and eFax. It's great to see patient information from our EHR pop up when someone is calling (who it is, appointment info, balance, etc.). The VOIP phone system is very powerful, and eliminated our phone bill! We are just getting set up with the new AI agent that will handle off-hours calls, and that looks very promising.
    Cons:
    We've had just a couple of instances where the phones needed to be re-registered on our account for some reason. Customer service gets right on any tech glitch, so this has been a very minor issue.

    Due to it being a VOIP system sometimes we experience down time but that is very short and does not happen often.
