    Adit goes above and beyond with their service

    After running a dental office for over 30 years, I’ve worked with MANY software companies-and unfortunately, not all of those experiences have been positive. I would absolutely recommend Adit to any dental practice or physician looking to elevate their office systems and patient communication.

    The platform is intuitive, reliable, and has truly streamlined our communication and dental office operations. Most importantly, the support is exceptional. Our rep is always proactive, checks in regularly, and provides outstanding customer service whenever we have questions or need assistance.
    Cons:
    We did experience a minor issue at one point where there was a brief delay after answering a call before the caller could hear us. However, the issue was addressed and resolved quickly by their team with minimal disruption to our office.

    Customer service has been very responsive and the follow up has truly been great. It also allowed us to alleviate other platforms that did limited things for the practice. Adit has it all.

    The integration with our Dentrix software was seamless. And the dashboard is great for practice analytics.
    Cons:
    I do have trouble navigating the site sometimes. There is just so much available for the practice that I have a hard time finding what I am looking for.

    Adit has been a game-changer for our practice, streamlining daily operations while improving the patient experience. The fact that the platform is all-in-one makes it so easy to rely on. I love that Adit combines scheduling, reminders, forms, payments, and patient communication in one place. It reduces the need for multiple tools and keeps everything organized and easy to manage. The automated text and email reminders significantly cut down on no-shows and save our team a ton of time. Patients appreciate the convenience, and we appreciate the consistency. Adit is intuitive and easy to learn. Both staff and patients can navigate it without frustration, which makes onboarding and day-to-day use smooth. Online scheduling and digital intake forms are a huge win. Patients can book appointments and complete paperwork ahead of time, which speeds up check-ins and keeps the schedule running efficiently. The Adit support team is responsive and helpful, and the platform continues to evolve with useful updates. It feels like the company genuinely listens to user feedback.
    Cons:
    It is really hard to find things I don't like about Adit. As with any software, there will be glitches, but I feel like Adit is amazing when help is needed. You have to have the right infrastructure in place - make sure your internet speeds are up to par. We use OpenDental, so integration is amazing, but I can't speak to other PMS systems.

    cost savings was the primary reason - but soon after the switch I saw that Adit had a far-superior product.

    Overall, my experience with Adit was positive. I really appreciated their customer service, which was very responsive and easy to work with whenever questions or issues came up. I also liked how customizable Adit is, especially when it comes to forms and patient messaging, which allowed us to tailor workflows and communications to fit the needs of our practice.

    I liked the text-to-pay feature, as it made the payment process much more convenient and efficient for both patients and our team. Patients appreciated being able to pay quickly and securely from their phones, and it helped streamline checkout and reduce friction at the front desk.
    Cons:
    From an administrative perspective, I didn’t like that all employees have access to listen to recorded phone calls, which raises concerns around privacy, oversight, and appropriate access controls.

    Adit is a wonderful app that ties everything in one. It has done wonders for my dental office. I've had a fantastic experience with Adit, thanks to [sensitive content hidden] . He was incredibly professional and took the time to walk me through every detail with genuine patience. It’s rare to find such dedicated customer service these days. Highly recommended!

    I migrated from another platform 1 year ago, and the transition has been amazing. Adit has the same if not more features than the other platform, their IT support is very fast and responsive, and their customer service is top tier. I recently relocated my office, and the Adit team helped me tremendously help with notifying my existing patient base via email blasts and adjusting my text and voice notifications. Adit is a win for me on every level.
    Cons:
    I wish I learned about Adit sooner. I was with another vendor who kept increasing their pricing and took away key features.

    Adit has been an asset to our office, taking many tasks off of my staff's plate. The text to pay feature has resulted in a lower accounts receivable in the office.

    Cons:
    My EHR system was not helpful in my change to Adit. Adit works well with my EHR, but it is not a partner software.

    Easy onboarding experience, the customer support was quick and efficient each time I have reached out. Easy intergration with my practice management system. And the features that are above the rest in the market.
    Cons:
    Sometimes the phones systems are a little hard to the other person to hear us. This has since been resolved.

    Very easy to get a hold of support. Combines a lot of services that others don't. They are very reasonably priced. They have a lot of really cool features and have helped us boost our reviews significantly.
    Cons:
    Newer platform for Chiropractic. However they work on every issue immediately and it's taken care of in a timely manner. This will go away the more we use the software and give feedback. Be patient, it's well worth it!
