About Opendock
Opendock is a cloud-based dock scheduling system. for carriers, brokers, and dispatchers. It manages logistics planning, create multiple locations, and set up scheduling rules. A warehouse must be registered within the system for carriers to book appointments, and warehouse users can use Opendock to receive bookings, view appointments across multiple locations, and send reminders to reduce no-shows.

A good dock management and scheduling software with some flaws

Opendock has significantly improved our visibility of inbound and outbound loads and helped in much better resource and manpower planning at our warehouses. While most of it's features are great, there is room for improvement which can make it an even better product. I recommend Opendock to anyone looking to organize their load planning and appointment scheduling tasks for warehouses.

Have been with Open Dock since 2018. The upgrades and new fearures complete an overall transparent scheduling system. No questions needed. From carrier booking to completion of inbound or outbound shipments, there is full audit history and reporting easily identifies problem areas. All inclusive system for a scheduling application.
