Lo que más nos ha gustado del software es la facilidad de uso del programa, es muy intuitivo y abarca todos los aspectos que se necesitan en una tintorería y lavandería para la gestión de las prendas de los clientes.

Cons:

Del software echamos en falta, quisieramos que avanzara, en una herramienta para implementar acciones de marketing, promociones, etc.

Es sencillo y cubre las necesidades basicas. la integración de whatsapp el la mejor baza que tiene.

Cons:

Es poco o nada configurable por el usuario. Siempre se necesita comunicar con [CONTENIDO SENSIBLE] para hacer algun cambio. Sobre todo en cosas sencillas como textos de whatsapp.

Winfotinto dejo de tener soporte tecnico y necesitaba un programa mas flexible y configurable. Así mismo la opcion de lo mensaje de whatsapp de hizo decidirme por Lavanda Software.

Software muy completo para las tintorerías

Para mi una de las ventajas ha sido poder avisar a los clientes para recoger sus prendas, así como enviarles el ticket vía WhatsApp, la facilidad de hacer facturas y de modificar los ticket en caso de algún error

Lo fácil de manejar e intuitivo, la gran cantidad de información que nos facilita, el poder enviar WhatsApp a los clientes tanto de los ticket como aviso para la recogida de prendas, la facilidad a la hora de facturar.

Cons:

En principio no puedo decir nada que no me guste del programa, aunque mejoraría al cerrar la caja del día se envíe al correo electrónico el cierre
