Pros:

software is easy to use, and really easy to edit / add or remove things. i have had really good feedback from customers on how easy for them to go through. and i have recommended to lots of people

Cons:

i haven't had any problems with software as of yet. i wasn't sure how to do a certain thing but used the online help and it was fantastic

I am very pleased with this tool so far. It's one of the few ones that provide a great experience building from a mobile device.

I have been using this tool for the past few months and I'm loving how simple it is to use. Also, it runs very fast and is one of the few site builders out there that you can actually work with on a mobile device.

Cons:

If you're used to the flexibility of a solution like WordPress, Go Sitebuilder will seem very limited in just how far you can go.

A customer of ours wanted the website built in this because it was cheap. Yes, it is cheap, but that is why when we started wanting to customize this as per our customer requests, we couldn't and customer got frustrated and we ended up creating a website in WordPress...

- Very simple to use, takes no time to get started - I like the user interface both for me as a customer but also for my visitors

Cons:

When you compare it to Wordpress, less functionalities and especially plugins. If you look for width of functionality, Go Sitebuilder might not be the best tool for you. If you want to go for simplicity and ease, go with it.
