Good platform for ESG management

The area's day-to-day activities became much easier with data management on an automated and traceable platform, where each user can enter their data/indicator, as well as the documentation to prove the data. As a result, management is no longer carried out manually through emails and excel spreadsheets, reducing potential human errors in the management and reporting of the company's ESG data.

Pros:

"Climas" is a user-friendly data collection, management and visualization platform that is easy to customize and access. The platform has a good validation workflow, allowing the manager user to insert, for each indicator to be collected, a focal point responsible for entering the data, his superior for validating the data and even creating a user for external auditors. In addition, for each indicator, it is possible to insert attachments to prove the data entered and facilitate the validation of data by audit.

Cons:

It still needs to evolve in the integration with other internal platforms of the company to automate the collection of some data already managed by other platforms or ERPs.

CLIMAS complete, reliable, adaptable and user-friendly tool.

It meets the needs of the company and the external demands that we have for GHG and Sustainability Reporting, it is easy to use, with fast support and in constant improvement and increment of new functionalities and tools. The comparison of indicators with SDGs and the tools for self-diagnosis and construction of action plans closes the steps as a PDCA for the management and continuous improvement of these themes for the company.

In addition to having many features, the inclusion of new units, parameters and focal points is simple and accessible. The training team is helpful and quick. They have predefined report templates that help with other reports.
