What i like most about kickidler is that it introduces transparency among the employees and Managers.

Lack of Training material, need a easy manual with photo / graphic to suit more low computer knowledge user to handle the software.

It gave me valuable insights into productivity, helped improve accountability, and made it easier to track work progress. While there is a bit of a learning curve at the start and some features can feel overwhelming, once I got used to the dashboard it became a very effective tool for monitoring and managing performance.
