Cons:

So far so good, it only helped in best possible manner. So, no negative comments on it. Getting the desired report which helps to improve the focus on key areas.

A great app for insight into team management without feeling like Big Brother

I really like Worktime. I've been vehemently against monitoring software my entire career, but Worktime seems to skate a fine line between monitoring productivity and retaining a sense of privacy. Worktime gives us some insight into why top performers in a department might be succeeding where other employees are struggling. As we hire more and more staff that are hybrid or full time work from home, worktime helps us see who's actually working and who's not.

Pros:

This is the least intrusive monitoring software I've found to keep track of staff working from home. It keeps an eye on system use without spying on the employee. Managers are able to get the metrics they need and employees don't feel like they're being micromanaged or their privacy is being invaded.

Cons:

I'm not impressed with the way it deals with hours of operation. None of our employees work the exact same hours and they never take breaks or lunch at the same time. It seems to skew some of the productivity reports. There may be a different way to set this up, but I haven't found it.

Other systems felt too invasive. We needed something that wasn't taking screenshots of the desktop or highjacking the webcam. Helps make staff feel safer.

Excellent monitoring platform for remote work

Pros:

WorkTime is an excellent monitoring platform. It’s very easy to implement and use. It has allowed us to maintain an optimal remote work setup while meeting the attendance control requirements of our HR department. Specially without compromising employee privacy, providing the necessary information for effective management without undermining the trust within our teams. We've been using it for quite some time with a staff of over 40 people and haven’t had a single issue so far. I highly recommend it.

Cons:

Currently we don't have any issues. Have been very efficient to use. At the beginning we had to read some manuals and make some adjustments, but was deployed in 1 day

Pros:

Most of the employees I have do a very good job. With this program the employees that I lose money on I can see why and what people they are doing. It has allowed me to increase profitability by showing holes in my systems. It allowed me to pick up more customers with the same amount of people

Cons:

Really nothing. It has accomplished exactly what I needed. Normally I would say the cost but because of the increased profitability the cost is nothing

Cons:

Using the product for a while now and haven't found any. Works as promised. delivers clear, easy to understand reporting.

Simple to use, powerful information and a great potential to be even better.

Overall WorkTime does what it is supposed to and even some more. We've tried several other solutions, and WorkTime seemed the least problematic, the easiest to use with the clearest presentation of data. And we were completely right. We've been using it for over a year and will definitely stay on for much longer.

Pros:

It's really easy to set up and use. Gives a good insight into employees' work patterns, behaviours and of course... work time. We use it not only to track time, but also to look at patterns of the most successful employees and try to replicate with the rest of the team.

Cons:

Some data may be incorrect, but although a little slow, customer service was able to rectify issue every time and it's been now months with no issues. I'm also not a fan of default reports, they are not showing me exactly what I would really need, so some more advanced reports customisation would be a great addition.

great activity tracking software

it's easy to setup on client's laptop and it works silently happy with the product overall and they got multiple subscriptions to fit your need and budget

really great on tracking employee's performance and workday with automated reports making it easier to track performance daily

Cons:

the amount of data it provides make you sometimes get lost and the setup must be accurate to get accurate reporting
