They have a strict "no refunds" policy if you choose to end early, so I pretty much wasted $2,000 on a nothing system that didn't even provide the services I actually wanted without the extra cost.

Thread lacks customization options, which may be a drawback for some for some of our needs. But overall, it has improved our work.
