Ther are a number of reasons I like working with Persefoni. Navigation is intuitive, database in Ecoinvent is comprehensive and the Persefoni Academy and Footprint Guide have been very helpful. What I appreciate more than anything though, about the 'Persefoni experience', has been and continues to be, working with [sensitive content hidden]. Their depth of knowledge, level of guidance & support and consistent & timely responsiveness are at the highest level of any service provider I have worked with in my 36 years in business. They are also just fun to work with!

A granular, useful platform with excellent customer success and support.

Coming from a low-maturity perspective, Persefoni holds a lot of promise. While not easy to get started, the platform is incredibly sophisticated and offers ready-to-use resources to help calculations, visualisation, and reporting. Most notably, Persefoni demonstrates examplary dedication to its customers and their success.

By far the best thing about Persefoni are the investment in its customers and their success. The Persefoni team shows unwavering commitment to ensuring that its customers, no matter their size or current goals make the best use of the platform and gain understanding along the way. The platform itself is a wealth of plug-and-play resources.

Cons:

It is a challenge to set up reporting and metrics, and preparing/uploading data in the required format is not easy. However, I am sure that this is the case for any comparable platform. This loops back to the immense pros for Persefoni which is the excellence of its support/customer success team and the sophistication of the resources within the platform.

Easy to use

Visualization tools are pretty good. Ease of use when uploading data is very good, and the authomatic error tracking reports are very precise, saving time and headaches.

Pros:

Its a very useful platform for those companies that lack or do not currently have capacilites to develop visualization and emission tracking tools to incorporate emission reduction action plans inside their sustainability plan.

Cons:

Not that I like least, but it could incorporate more tools for transportation sector and electric vehicles such as emission factors for lithium ion battery disposal, life cycle analysis for certain products etc. Naics code classification can get some time when classificating categories through spend-based methodology. Could be a point for improvement.

Persefoni's staff was professional and went above and beyond in our implementation process. They collaborated with us throughout the entire process and helped customize for our unique situations. They took the time to educate each team member on the importance of each reporting type and walked us through step by step processes from system set up through data uploads and system integrations.

Cons:

Some of the templates were a bit confusing, but the team was always there to provide support with any questions!
