About Gigwell

Designed for marketing, media production, event management, and other entertainment sectors, Gigwell is a cloud-based booking management software that helps handle event reservations, contracts, sales operations, and more. It enables event teams to handle artist logistics, track revenue goals, view contacts, request payments, monitor ticket sales, and access financial details from a unified platform.

Event managers can utilize Gigwell’s ticket counts pro functionality to automate ticket collections, determine collection schedules, visualize performance data and forecast as well as monitor sales trends. Team members can create artist booking pages, electronic press kits, and itineraries to let talent buyers review and book artists based on specific requirements. Additionally, event coordinators can customize contract templates, assign user permissions, collect digital payments, send contracts for e-signatures, and import historical bookings data to the platform.

    There are so many benefits to this software. It asks all the right questions and allows our artists to know all of the facts about their shows.

    I really love how the software integrates with Google Calendar and Google docs. Saves so much work.
    Cons:
    Some things are really difficult to configure and I am constantly calling on support to do things that are complicated. And sometimes Gigwell can't do it. There are some features I don't use because I can't figure out how they work.

    Gigwell has made doing many aspects of my job must faster and smoother
    Cons:
    It was very difficult to figure out how to upload the data from Gigwell into Quickbooks. I'm still not happy with the way it's working on that aspect. I wish that was much smoother.Also there are some aspects of the contract that I have to manually edit on every contract. I wish i could edit the template to avoid this. Maybe it can be done but I'm not aware?

We've worked with many agencies who have successfully exported their invoices from Gigwell and imported them to QBO without any problems. Also, we'd love to assist you with the contract situation. It seems like you require some custom variables. You shouldn't have to manually edit contracts before sending them out. Everything can be automated!

    I love Antonio. He's always been straightforward and transparent about everything and he's easy to get a hold of. Even now that they have grown they still have a small company, great customer service vibe about them.

    I'm pretty thankful for this software. It arrived right around the time we started our agency so we kind of "grew up" with it. I have used other systems. Many don't have as many features or are this modern, most that are offer many more features and are much more expensive. This is a great product for mid size to small agencies. What I like most about the software is the ease of use and Google integrations. While they boasts a productivity suite of ticketing and IQ I don't feel as if they have held back anything in regards to the main productivity offering. Customer service is on point and fast. Overall I am happy with the product.
    Cons:
    This software is slow. It can take a while to load, especially when sharing a screen over video conferencing. We get this has to pump through a lot of data but wish it could run faster for us. Outside of speed, I'd also beg for a bit more CRM abilities which I think could take this software to the next level.

    The integration with google and other software, invoicing and payment features.
    Cons:
    The calendar integration and onboarding of artists was always a little tricky, oftentimes for the artists.

One option is to utilize the Calendar tab and add holds, while another approach is to create a multi-date booking and modify the status for each individual date.     Simplifies the contracting process.

    We used to have someone on staff whose primary job was to handle contracts and deposits. With this software, we've been able to replace that position with agents who can manage their own contracts and bring in more revenue.

    The interface is easy to navigate and customer support response is top notch. I think the only thing keeping this from being an all-in-one platform is having a CRM product.
    Cons:
    I think we run into more bugs with the software than we should. There are times were I feel like I'm talking to customer support a little too regularly. I would also like having more direct control over what artists can see on their accounts rather than needing to go through customer support to set permission level.

    I enjoy the contract management and automation. Saves a lot of time. The invoicing is easy and helps me keep track of payments.
    Cons:
    Would like the CRM to be more. Would like to send single invoices not attached to deals. Would like to track merch better. Have a way to send messages to some people on the artist tab instead of all of them.
