EventMobi is a cloud-based event management solution for businesses of any size across a variety of industries. Primary features include event apps, multiple event management, registration, check-in, live polls, surveys, gamification and reporting.

The event apps allow users to provide event information, activities and entertainment to event attendees. Users can access the entire event portfolio containing past, current and future events, manage multiple registrations and manage event planning. Users can create customized websites, manage guest check-ins and offer discounted rates.

The polls and surveys module allows users to gather real-time feedback. The live display feature generates revenue from sponsorships and brand placements. It broadcasts real-time updates, alerts and event information to attendees instantly.

Seamless Event Management with Stellar Support

I use EventMobi to centralize event information and manage the agenda for large educational and networking events, and I really appreciate that it allows us to keep all our event information in one place, which reduces waste with printed agendas. They have excellent customer service and are responsive to feedback. We most use the agenda and notifications, and I also like building out custom pages with additional event information for attendees. The initial setup was super easy, as their team walked us through all the steps and even assisted with the initial building.

Excellent customer service and responsiveness to feedback. Centralizes event information so attendees have everything they need in one place.

Cons:

I found it tedious to manage consecutive sessions and ensure they were in a preferred order rather than organized alphabetically. Because of this, we had to switch to a third-party integration that syncs with EventMobi to handle the agenda.

Reasons for choosing EventMobi

The cost of EventMobi was cheaper than the Cvent system.

Easy conference tech with a helpful team and stronger networking

Pros:

It’s easy for both organizers and attendees to use. The team is friendly, responsive, and open to suggestions, and they genuinely act on feedback. Extended registration, the Experience Manager, onsite badge printing, and the app are the tools I use most. We print less, create more networking opportunities, access more analytics, and have a better website for events. The platform also makes it simple to connect attendees and streamline registration.

Cons:

I’d like QR codes on name badges to support networking, since not many people carry business cards anymore.

Pros:

I like that EventMobi offers a single platform to create an event website and track registrations. I don't have to log in multiple places or reconcile lists between different systems.

Cons:

Only one user at a time can make edits to the event website in the backend. This makes it harder during big efforts like adding sessions and speakers for multi-day conference programs because multiple team members can't work in parallel.

Easy to use and engaging for our annual conference

I have had a very positive experience with EventMobi. The platform is easy to set up, allows us to create a unique app for our event, and the live polls, surveys, and gamification have increased attendee involvement and sponsor connections. They are always looking for ways to improve an already well-functioning product.

Setup is straightforward on the back end, and I can make our app completely unique in appearance for our annual in-person healthcare conference. The mobile app tools we use most—live polls, surveys, and gamification—help attendees take part in presentations and encourage connections with sponsor companies. Overall, we’ve seen more connection and interaction among conference attendees.

Cons:

I don’t have any dislikes at this time. I’m happy with the tools and features we use, and I don’t have requests for changes.

Easy to build and user friendly on-site

EventMobi has been easy for numerous staff to work on building out our app at the same time. It’s user friendly for our attendees on-site, and we’ve seen great attendee participation.

It’s user friendly to build and to use on-site for our Annual Conference. Lead Retrieval and Gamification are helpful for engagement, and Session Building is straightforward. We’ve also seen great attendee participation.

Cons:

I’d like more templates for building out the app, which would make setup even easier. Templates for uploading speaker headshots, sessions and bios.

We were looking for an app that has a better look and feel to it. More user friendly.

Nothing but perfect

The service team and account managers are excellent. Never had such a quick answer rate in any other software I worked with. Very patient in explaning and also alsways reachable.

Very easy to use from an acengy perspective but also from the customer side.

Cons:

There is nothing is dislike about Eventmobi. The design features for the registration page is limited but we knew this going into the program

Reasons for choosing EventMobi

We also considered ventari and hellospaces (not in the list) - Price was a factor, the fact the there were apps downloadable in store and not only website based apps, support, that fact that you didnt need to cancel. That it could be only a contract per event if wanted.

Reasons for switching to EventMobi

We were not happy with the performance and support. Notifications were set up but didnt work. It was more designable but we wanted a reliable product with maybe fewer features but which held up to what was advertised.

EventMobi works well for our conferences!

I enjoy designing the overall look and feel of conferences on the platform and the ability to schedule announcements, provide maps and conduct polls. The experience really improves the experience for delegates and keeps them on schedule.

Easy to use conference app that improves attendee engagement

Using EventMobi has enhanced the conference experience for our attendees. EventMobi also provides effective support when needed. It’s easy to use, helps us communicate with attendees, and we’ve seen increased app use and better audience engagement.

Easy to use, with helpful new features introduced every year. For our conferences, the “choose your sessions” and presenter Q&A tools are the ones we use most and they work well. It’s a great way to communicate with attendees. We’ve seen growth in app use by attendees and, as a result, better audience engagement. Not having an event app like EventMobi would make us look like we aren't offering a full event experience.

Cons:

I don't like that we were asked to give access to our CRM system so we could brand the app with our own branding instead of using the white label version of the app. I’d also like them to keep adding new features based on what attendees want to see.

Simple conditional registration and smoother check-in for internal events

Overall, my experience is positive. I learned the platform quickly and it is sufficient for the internal training and conferences I run. The registration tools are straightforward and have made collecting registrations and on-site check-in simpler, which improved the flow of our events.

The registration form is simple to build and supports conditional fields. It makes collecting registrations easy and speeds up check-in for our internal trainings and conferences, which has improved event flow.

Cons:

I wish the confirmation email could display the information the attendee entered during registration. Editing in a second language is limited. When a ticket is sold out it does not automatically disappear, and I would like the option to show a custom message. Expanded filters and a single list showing who registered and who checked in would also help.

Good app, not the best customer service

Used for conventions to connect attendees, communicate with them, and create document repositories. Overall my experience with the app and the website was great. There was definitely a lack of support from our rep.

The app itself is easy to build. I had a team of designers and their specifications make sense. Notifications are easy to send, which is the feature we used the most.

Cons:

There isn't really anything to allow to create a bilingual app. No way to toggle from EN to FR and that is a serious issue.
