Big time saver for small delivery routes

Great software that saves my team lots of time. Easy recommendation as it's user-friendly and constantly being improved.

Pros:

Creating a route can take a few minutes and makes driving to make deliveries efficient. Customer support is quick to respond and donated use of the software to front-line workers. We now pay for the software to do pharmacy deliveries as it's made things a lot better (tracking and route optimization)

Cons:

No regional restrictions. Searching by address would be faster if city or province restrictions were in place. When inputting an address, it search globally cause delays in data entry.

The support is so good and personal, it`s easy to learn and use, and help us to make more deliveries in less time

Cons:

I miss some KPI dashboards. For now, I can only see some metrics of each driver but maybe a bigger report that encompasses the results of our drivers
