        Great! Awesome team. Very helpful and knowledgeable about the software. Specifically, [sensitive content hidden], our on boarding specialist, has been a huge blessing. I am blown away at her patience and diligence to keep the train rolling with us. As a business who is performing work alongside the onboarding of the platform having someone like [sensitive content hidden] has been pivotal. Can't thank her enough for her professionalism, great attitude, and help throughout the process.

        As a landscape design + build company, we have looked everywhere for a platform to help scale our business effectively and implement similar processes/systems we built in-house. We found SingleOps after years of looking. [sensitive content hidden] and the SingleOps team have been incredible to say the least. [sensitive content hidden] patience, attention to detail, follow through, and passion have been huge in the transition into the SingleOps software for our business.
        Cons:
        For our business, we have a very detailed installation estimate we have created in-house. For how we use it and the level of detail we carry for each line item in an estimate we struggle to see us implementing that layer into Singleops for our large design + build projects at this time. Possibly in the future though!

        Robust capabilities with great support!

        The integration process was super helpful. We did not know what to expect from the integration meetings early on, but they were super helpful and taught us a lot along the way. Some of the layout and functionality we had to get used to, but the process made it quick and more complete than we would have found on our own. We have had very few questions since "graduating", but when we have needed something we have received quick answers and easy solutions to our questions (Thanks [sensitive content hidden] !). Overall SingleOps has let us keep better and more complete track of our sales process, our clients, and our business while taking less time to do. Its been a crucial component of us growing to serve more clients.

        It has robust functionality that helps us in a lot of areas we were expecting, as well as areas we did not expect. As our business has grown our old processes needed to be replaced. SingleOps has solved our current challenges in that respect and clearly can support us through our next (several) stages of growth.
        Cons:
        It took a little bit to get used to. Some things did not feel intuitive initially.

        Overall [sensitive content hidden] and team have all been great. You can tell they want to take the time to set the software up so that you succeed. Support staff has been here for us when needed and are always friendly and helpful!

        I love the flexibility the software gives me to track/bid things in different ways. Automation features are a close second.
        Cons:
        No offline support for the times that you are in low cell service areas.

        I love the ease of use, phenomenal customer service, ability to customize the program to our needs, and our customer service liaison, [sensitive content hidden], was absolutely outstanding. She is patient, kind, knowledgeable, resourceful, and always there to help if I need it.
        Cons:
        The learning curve was steep for our employees not comfortable using computer programs to do estimates.

        Central place for communicating within the team and sharing with clients.
        Cons:
        Interface can be a little clunky, same look on each step from lead to approved. hard to tell what you are looking at stage wise. We are still early in the process so maybe that changes as you get to know what you are looking at more comfortably.

        It was a dark horse option actually, we were really looking into Aspire and LMN as our top choices and I found SingleOps on a google search and recognized the platform from another contractor (synlawn). After the first meeting I realized it may be a good fit for us so it came into contention. Price was a huge factor and contract. We eliminated LMN because it wasn't going to fit. It came down to Contract length and cost and the people in sales. Single Ops was not overly pushy and gave us plenty of meetings and time to make the decision to move forward. We have been having a similar experience with our implementation team [sensitive content hidden]. Helpful and Honest. We have only worked with great people at Single Ops.

        Easy to use system I really like the automation features where it reminds our customers of their free estimates and their past due invoices also doing the estimates is very easy on single ops and scheduling the work as well

        What I least like about it is the lack of tree inventory or tree plotting capabilities

        Top Notch Training

        Overall, we are very happy. It is definitely learning a new system and with that there are many hurdles. But, the patience that [sensitive content hidden] showed in training allowed me to take my time and learn all of the nuances of this new program. I truly believe I would have thrown my hands up early on in the transition process if not for our weekly training sessions.

        The training I received while implementing SingleOps was top notch! [sensitive content hidden] took her time and answered all of my questions. We met weekly to break down the training in manageable increments. Thank you!
        Cons:
        The bidding and invoicing system are different than what we are used to using. The current invoicing system does not keep track of customer total balances. I have many clients who "round up" to the nearest dollar for their bill. Our old system would easily hold onto this extra money each month and keep a running tally of what the customer currently owed. These clients would then pay less at the end of the year to use their credits paid through out the year. The single ops system says the best practice is to return the additional funds through a refund. When it is pennies on the dollar though, the cost to refund is more than the credit they receive.
