Super easy to use and the integration from our previous crm was seamless. The interface is just simply better than other platforms that I’ve tried.

Cons:

Salesforce had a few more features but our team didn’t really use them.

camera while on the road when it works. Sometimes it does not work. Also allows me to keep track of Deals coming up

Camera with google sometimes does not bring up address when trying to identify a new business.

Great pipeline management

Wingmate is good for relationship and activity management. The pipeline view is the best and managing/moving the cards will help you manage your sales process and close deals.

Wingmate is easy to access & whenever I had questions, our contact had answers almost immediately. I also liked Wingmate because I could see all my activities in one place.

Cons:

At times, I've used the Wingmate Mobile App in rural areas and sometimes I had to duplicate my activities because my initial activity wouldn't register. Also, internally, Wingmate didn't "talk" to the other software we use.

Wingmate has been awesome to partner with. The initial training was very detailed and the training staff were amazing!

I love how they integrated AI and I can take a picture of a business card and notes and it will automatically populate the information into the proper fields. This CRM is so user friendly.

Cons:

I wish I could customize the fields to each profile or team. Some of our teams look for different information than others. If I was able to customize the fields per account would be great.
