Cons:

Currently the platform does not show the underlying reason for client failures, chatting with support is somewhat inconvenient to retrieve this info.

CertifID has the best team of people always ready to assist! You are not just a number with CertifID. Their smallest title agent is just as important as their largest one! Also, the amount of education they provide is invaluable to all our staff members

Not one that I can think of! If any issues ever arise, the CertifID team is always there to jump in and solve them!

Nothing comes to mind based on a recent experience

Cons:

This is how stupid this company is. They won't wire to my company because it doesn't have a website. Gee, let me go out and create a fake website and then I can have money wired to me. Sounds like a deep security measure.

Its simple and user friendly. The continuous improvement to the product and their offerings makes it a no brainer when it comes to wire fraud prevention and identity verification.

Cons:

Cost, but you get what you pay for. I've used other solutions and those companies charged less, and provided less from their product. They are also no longer around.

Pros:

It is so secure and easy to use. The $1M in coverage per wire is better than any insurance policy we could get on our own would provide. Provides peace of mind when wiring large sums.

Cons:

The new pricing structure where you have to pay per payoff protect transaction is very different from the unlimited payoff protect transactions that was sold to us the first year. It's still a good value and worthwhile service, though.
