Badger Maps 2026: Benefits, Features & Pricing

I like the fact that I can get a route put together in three or four minutes. If I get stuck out on the road and need to find something to do, I don't have to look up each address. I now have a database I can draw off of from anywhere in my territories. This thing is awesome.

I don't like the fact that once I start the route, I can delete a name off of the address book, but it still keeps it in the route. If I delete it, I want it deleted off of the route, too. Also, once the route is started, I can't delete it off the route without reloading the app.

I like the tracking and note functions. I like that I can easily add customers and they uploaded a spreadsheet for me. I like the map feature to create a route.

I have a meeting set to walk through the software more throughly. But I want to add tasks to the calander and a follow up date, by clicking on a calander to select a date. I’d love a feature where I can take a pic of a business card and assign it to a customer. I’ve also only used the app.

The traffic abilities from the map screen and being able to route my day and or territory.

Badger has had a poor ability to reliably keep notes that I have entered. I have been frustrated losing key info on numerous occasions. I stopped reporting the issue because it kept happening so often. I do have to keep separate notes with key contact data because I cannot trust that the info will be there when I need it from Badger. The red map points of accounts I have on the map will often have to be tapped several times for the account to be accessed. The action will either stop and not load or the app will switch to the blue Google badge. I have made the request at least twice in the past that the red account points need to be larger so that they can be accessed easier and not covered up by a blue location points. I know how to turn off the blue Google points but, I would like to have these locations present on the screen and have access if I choose. Why can't the red points just be larger on every screen? I.e. When I magnify the map screen the red points are often covered by the blue Google points or badges and I have to press items several times to find the red account badge.....I have worked for several companies and have experienced numerous types of CRM-like systems. Badger has probably been the most frustrating and unreliable to work with.

Very responsive to address inputs, easy drag and drop.

I feel it doesn't take into account the variables that separate small businesses from big ones. We are a small profit company and can't afford the business solution because we have a database of 600 clients. The problem is that at one given time there are only a few active clients (We're a petsitting business), which accounts for limited revenue.

I was struggling creating effective routes of my 350 customer and mapping them. But no longer with Badger! Ease all my pains!

The application is sometimes exiting instead of rolling back to previous page when using the back key on Android. Got to get used to it... Othwise this is splendid!

I really like the lasso feature. In 20 years of outside sales, it has never taken this little time to plan my daily calls.

I would really like to be able to search within my accounts for contact names. Additionally, it would be helpful to have the ability to set reminders.

Pros it save time, makes driving to multiple places a little less stressful. I would suggest, maybe its not bad,

Its a pain to export data once badger has organized it, into a Microsoft word document. They are extremely helpful the staff and you can tell they really want to make this app work to it is maxs.

Easy to use and and efficient customer service. Once I had to phone for a problem with the app and they quickly solved it. Really nice workers

I had some difficulties uploading my data but the great customer service helped me out and fixed it.

I love the mapping feature and the lasso tool.

I wish there was an option to edit a check in after publishing. Also, would like to be able to have a drop down menu that shows who the check in was with.

Super easy to use . Makes my job so easy!!
