Cigo vs Elite EXTRA: Which is best for you?

Cigo has elevated our customer service experience providing accurate timeframes, arrival windows and live updates that our clients love.

The robust tracking system and reporting tools have significantly improved our operational efficiency, and the online training resources have been an excellent tool for our team.

One thing I find challenging with Elite EXTRA is that the reporting doesn’t let me separate shuttle transfers from regular customer invoice reports. Because of that, it’s tough to get a clear picture of how many drivers I really need.
