I can't say enough about ClearPathGPS!!! It has been so helpful knowing where an employee is!

Being able to dispatch service guys to a location close to where they are.

Pros:

Knowing where our employees are for emergency calls. The weekly report I get to help with time cards.

Cons:

Haven't found anything yet that I have disliked about the software. The weekly report I get is alittle hard to read. The time from when they left a job to when they get to the next job is a little hard to understand.

Technician Accountability

Tracking features that can be customized such as maintenance intervals, speed limits, and other alert we have set to fit our company needs.

Cons:

Could improve on: A) Camera features and retrieving recordings, installations; it would be nice to have a video tutorial, obd port lock system should be devised as not allow techs to remove the pug so easily.

Easy-to-use system with real-time GPS tracking Improves communication between office and field teams Helps with dispatching, scheduling, and accountability Minimal setup and quick learning process The system feels secure and reliable. Only authorized staff can access the dashboard

Cons:

We’ve had a few minor issues, such as occasional GPS delays in weak signal areas and limited customization options in the reports. The mobile app could refresh a bit faster, but overall these are small inconveniences that don’t affect daily operations or the overall value of the system.

ClearPath for the long haul

Excellent customer service. Decent portal for maintaining devices and vehicles. Map is clear and easy to navigate.

Cons:

I wish ClearPath GPS had billing functions available on portal to manage locations and charge accounts.

Pros:

The up to date tracking of the vehicles. Also Easy to edit the information on as to whom is driving the vehicles.

Cons:

Occasionally, the gadget may disconnect—either when changing the battery or due to movement while driving. In such cases, you’ll need to readjust it manually.

Pros:

Customer service is friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. Pricing is reasonable. For the most part installation of the units into the trucks is straightforward.

Cons:

Sometimes the pings are not exactly accurate regarding location. Our crews do alot of highway travel and work in some remote areas and so the location references are not 100% accurate.
