Elite EXTRA vs Fleet Cost & Care: Which is best for you?

The robust tracking system and reporting tools have significantly improved our operational efficiency, and the online training resources have been an excellent tool for our team.

One thing I find challenging with Elite EXTRA is that the reporting doesn’t let me separate shuttle transfers from regular customer invoice reports. Because of that, it’s tough to get a clear picture of how many drivers I really need.

Overall good...customer support is good however when you send requests for software updates or fixes it takes way to long to get these into software when it is something that is really needed

Many times these ideas are shot down by customer service or never implemented because it doesn't conform to what the system was originally designed for or we never hear back from them.
