Overall good...customer support is good however when you send requests for software updates or fixes it takes way to long to get these into software when it is something that is really needed

Many times these ideas are shot down by customer service or never implemented because it doesn't conform to what the system was originally designed for or we never hear back from them.

These systems feature user-friendly interfaces with a map-based dashboard that shows the location and status of every vehicle in your fleet in real time.

Sometimes one screen (maybe camera screen) will say the driver is ON DUTY and another screen (hour of service report) will say the driver is DRIVING so it's not 100% uniform across the platform. And I dont like that the driver cant be given a warning when they are following too close or when they are speeding BEFORE they get hit with the infraction.
