About Limo Anywhere

Limo Anywhere is a cloud-based fleet management and dispatch solution for transportation operators and livery service providers. The platform enables businesses to streamline scheduling, booking and reservation management through mobile apps and a cloud-based interface. Limo Anywhere provides different apps for passengers and drivers.

The Passenger app enables users to book and track rides through status updates sent to mobile devices. They can also pay for rides using credit card or cash. The driver app dispatches the ride and tracks its progress with real-time GPS. Automatic push updates related to trips are sent to drivers which eliminates the need for radios and phone calls.

Limo Anywhere has the capability to schedule multiple trips and send group messages to drivers in real-time. By keeping track of customer preferences and details, the tool also helps with customer management and providing customized services to them. Transportation companies can manage invoices, payroll disbursements and credit card payments through a single interface. Limo Anywhere offers various customer support options including knowledge base, FAQs, online, phone and user community.

Invaluable Software Reasonably Priced

I can't imagine running my business without Limo Anywhere. In fact, because of Limo Anywhere, I'm able to keep almost a dozen other owner/operators who are outstanding chauffeurs busy doing the hundreds of rides a month that Limo Anywhere lets us manage with excellent efficiency and effectiveness.

Pros:

Lets me manage and scale my business efficiently. Coupled with a spreadsheet I developed for accounting and precise tracking/reporting and driver compensation, it's invaluable to letting our business serve our clients with distinction at the same time keeping it profitable at all times.

Cons:

Because of its extreme flexibility, it has a steep learning curve that's probably daunting to those owners without much technical savvy. Still, their technical support is excellent, with well-trained and highly competent support reps. The biggest problem I've had with it is that it doesn't work as well as it could with Google Analytics to track conversions on reservations made through their Online Reservation System code we use on our website. Google told me it's because the Google snippet they're using is outdated. When I reported that to Limo Anywhere, I got bounced around like a hot potato and have ultimately been neglected.

error rectification

Once they make contact with you they solve the problem. They seem to know the product backwards. The product is very clunky and hence expensive. you cant get your head around it very easily. However it works beautifully and covers the booking activity from A to Z. I was genuinely amazed by [sensitive content hidden] today. she just ran through every thing with me in a jiffy and she could take me directly to the problem in a particular booking and resolve it in no time. that is what we require. She is a GEM.

seems to be a complete product. They have survived because of their excellent support staff. Every one of them seem to know the product well enough. I beleive they go through the rigors. If they lose any staff they will be stranded.

Cons:

clunky and not easu to get around it since there are too many loose bits and one need s to have a flow chart but they dont seem to have one for the customer to understand how to reach a particularerror locatiom .

Disappointed ....

I’m a new user (four months in), and unfortunately my experience with LimoAnywhere has been disappointing. I was told during the sales process that the software would perform certain functions that it simply does not do. Several issues I reported more than 2.5 months ago are still unresolved. To their credit, the frontline support team that answers the phone is excellent—responsive, patient, and very helpful. However, once anything requires mid- or upper-level management, communication drops off significantly. Promises are made, but follow-through has been extremely limited. The software itself is also difficult to navigate. It feels outdated, not intuitive, and far from user-friendly, as though it hasn’t been modernized in many years. I strongly recommend anyone considering LimoAnywhere to ask very detailed questions before committing. Even then, you may find the system cannot do what you were assured it would. Proceed with caution.

When a client makes a reservation for a round trip service the system does not allow me to send ONE email - I have to send 2, one for each reservation. THEN, when I invoice them, I have to send one email with the invoice and ANOTHER with a payment request. So, in total, a single round trip reservation means my client recieves FOUR separate emails. Really..... To their credit, the frontline support team that answers the phone is excellent—responsive, patient, and very helpful. Great livery software for small, medium and even larger businesses

Fantastic product for the price. If there is an issue, the customer service team is phenomenal and will address it right away.

Easy to use, lots of functions from dispatch to AP and AR. Highly easy to navigate. It's great being able to link it to other software for automation, like GPS, text-to-landline, CRM.

Cons:

Invoicing is finicky. There are so many invoice types to chose from, but no one, good go-to invoice that provides all of the info that clients need. Also, the flight tracking software that they use isn't the best.

Terrible, after 15 yrs with them, they scammed us into this seo website, we are now looking to leave.

Cons:

There SEO website package is a hoke. Don't do it. Contact me and I will show you the proof. Been 4 months now, ans there site they created doesn't even show up. Joke

Not worth it

My time with Limoanywhere has been a long one. I started in 2017 and have been a loyal customer ever since. Limoanywhere was the best choice I could have made at the time. They provided me with everything I needed. The software wasn't perfect but it got the job done. It was easy to use and never had any major issues. Things started to change when they were bought by another company. They started to make changes that were not useful and did nothing but cause more problems. Then they made some more changes that were supposed to help things but did the exact opposite. Now they are charging us for more services that we do not need or want, like credit card processing through them which is not cost effective for us at all. Limoanywhere has become a shell of what it once was, even worse than when I started using it 10 years ago. Now I am looking for another solution that is better than this one, can anyone recommend something?

Gone downhill

The experience over the last several months hasn't even been adequate. If I ran my business the way Limo Anywhere is currently, I would be out of business.

They used to be helpful and go out of there way to walk you through your issues. Bug fixes were fixed promptly.

Cons:

I've had several issues with bugs that have not been fixed for months. Running reports to pay affiliates show what we get paid for the trip (never used to show it) and now there is no ETA for this fix. Have to take extra steps to dispatch because I always get an error message that doesn't allow me to dispatch. It's unprofessional and the customer support doesn't seem to care. This software has gone downhill and I don't think I can trust this company to handle my bookings. Very disappointed in the quality of service and DO NOT recommend this software to any transportation company looking for booking software.

It is our office from A to Z. Easy to use, powerful, fully integrated with our website and CC processor, dispatch screen is easy to read,..can go on forever.

Cons:

There really isnt any cons. Any bugs were worked out a while ago and if any issues arise, they are fixed quickly.
