- The platform has streamlined our fleet operations, improved safety, and given us much better visibility into day-to-day performance.
- I don't like to make the map the full screen because I can't browse through tabs so before I used to minimize the menu on the left hand side to have a bit more of the map with the unit numbers but a few months back that feature was removed so now I cant minimize it.
- It was easy to sue once i got the hang of it, and I liked that it was flexible and whether I was speaking to a stranded customer, a towtruck driver, or an insurance/roadside assistance company, the program had all the tools I needed to navigate for drivers, give customers eta's and find available drivers for companies setting up assiatkce for their customers.
- I do not blame towbook alone however for the issues as some were caused by internet connectivity, but still it was frustrating and counter productive
